Studio Sun & Beauty owner, Amanda Lanning, has deep roots here in Sonoma Valley as a fifth generation resident. For as long as she can remember, she has always wanted to be in the beauty industry. After graduating from Sonoma Valley High School in 2010, Amanda earned her Cosmetology License at Le Melange Beauty School in Napa, excelling in hair coloring and highlighting. With the desire to become a top notch cosmetologist, she continued her education after beauty school and became certified in both hair and eyelash extensions. Today, Amanda has been a licensed professional for over seven years and over the course of her career noticed the need for better UV and sunless tanning options in Sonoma County. When the opportunity presented itself in 2017, as a health and beauty enthusiast, Amanda jumped at the chance of owning her very own salon. Since, she has brought her vision to life and recreated Studio Sun & Beauty by offering residents of the valley a newly updated tanning and beauty salon. Amanda offers only the best for her clientele with top of the line UV and sunless tanning booths, stylist stations, eyelash extensions, and professional beauty products.
